Staff Planner JJ Hartner presented a proposed zoning regulation amendment that would require site-plan submission for residential development in the town’s R‑1, R‑2 and R‑3 zoning districts. Hartner recommended the amendment be sent to the planning commission for review and recommendation before returning to the town board for final consideration; the town board agreed to refer the amendment for study.
