During the Feb. 17, 2026 MOMS meeting the committee recorded requests for more information from two organizations: UC Economic Development Studies and Main Street America. The minutes state that committee members wanted additional materials or clarification from both organizations to inform next steps on downtown planning and possible SID formation.
