Community Development reported several active permits at the May 26 meeting, including tenant buildout work at One Lincoln Center for Lee & Associates and sign permits for Jiffy Lube and Joint Commission. The Salvation Army playground installation and a single-family residential addition on Halsey were also noted as complete or underway.
