The board approved multiple memoranda of understanding (MOUs) and contracts under superintendent and treasurer business. Superintendent Gantt summarized MOUs including a remote‑learning MOU with the WEA and a Waterloo Local School District agreement with the Ohio Association of Public School Employees (transcribed as 'WAPC, local 5 75') concerning minimum bus‑driver hours for 2025–26; the board also approved CCP agreements with Akron University and Stark State College for 2026–27.
