During new business, trustees amended the agenda and appointed Heather Haken to a three‑year Maplewood representative term after a motion and roll‑call vote. Under superintendent business, the board approved resignations for David Moore (bus driver and cafeteria assistant) and Renee Jackson (teacher); accepted a retirement effective May 31, 2026 after 30 years of service; and approved a one‑year limited contract for Jackie Murdock (aid, Step 8, effective Feb. 1, 2026) and a one‑year limited contract for Lee Harris (bus driver, Step 13, effective Feb. 2, 2026).
