Brian Bassett, president of the Itasca ISD board, opened a public hearing on the district's Texas Academic Performance Report at the March 9 regular meeting and asked Superintendent Tonya J. Harris to present the report. Harris reviewed the district report to the board; the transcript records that "Tonya J. Harris went over the district's report." With no public questions or comments, President Bassett closed the hearing.
