Superintendent Cody Carroll told the Holliday ISD Board of Trustees on Oct. 6 that the district's new Performing Arts Center may not meet fire-code requirements because the City of Holliday's water structure cannot provide sufficient pressure for hoses behind the stage. He described the issue as informational and said several options are being researched for future consideration.
