Commission votes to place Ready 2 potable-water contract under RDC umbrella
The commission voted to have the Ready 2 potable-water subrecipient agreement handled by the Redevelopment Commission (RDC). Staff reported the first pay application for the Ready 2 project totals $124,703.58, with $120,962.47 due after retainage; the commission approved moving the contract under the RDC by voice vote.

The Cass County Redevelopment Commission voted to place the Ready 2 potable-water subrecipient contract under the RDC umbrella instead of having the county commissioners sign it directly. Chair Steven put the motion on the table and members carried it by voice vote.
