Board extends superintendent contract and grants temporary hiring authority

Trustee Dustin Conner moved and Secretary Robby Teague seconded a motion to extend Superintendent Dr. Russell Marshall’s contract from January to July 2026; the motion passed unanimously, 4-0. The board then approved a separate motion authorizing the Superintendent to have hiring authority from January to July 2026, also passing 4-0.
