Superintendent Dr. Matt Caffey briefed the Olney I.S.D. Board on ongoing construction and the district's QSCB payoff status at the Sept. 22 meeting. He reported that concrete had been poured, daycare update work — previously delayed — resumed that day, and the elementary offices are complete.
