Representatives from Parkhill and other contractors presented Change Order #2 regarding roofing allowances during the meeting. Chip Whitlock of Parkhill presented the options; after discussion Trustee Hannah Stewart moved to approve option #2 (Tarrant Roofing) in the amount of $590,154.00. The motion passed unanimously, 5-0.
