The board approved a resolution related to the Throckmorton County Appraisal District (CAD) board of directors. Superintendent Dr. Matt Caffey presented the item, and Trustee Jodee Wales moved to approve a resolution casting all Olney ISD votes for Bobby Matthiews; Trustee Kelly Mahler seconded. The motion carried 6–0.
