The City Council convened a special meeting July 14, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. and opened the session at 6:31 p.m. Present were Mayor Kris Semisch; Councilmembers Kyle Combs, Harley Laughlin and Kyle Hrabe; City Clerk/Manager Jodie Laidler; Assistant Clerk/Code Geri Ebersohl; Maintenance Dylan Chilcott; and Police Brandon Lindahl. No community members attended the Zoom meeting.
