The Leon City Council voted to delegate authority to the city manager to approve permits that arrive at the office and require no adjustments or exceptions, on the condition that all approvals follow the city's code. Council Member Kyle Hrabe made the motion to delegate this authority; Harley Laughlin seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
