Trustees amended Aug. 4 minutes to record delegation of contractual authority to the superintendent for obligations under TEC 48.257 and Chapter 49 subchapters A and D, and approved the Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit (Netting Chapter 48 Funding); the vote was 7–0.
