The Plains Independent School District Board of Trustees voted Nov. 13 to approve the Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) for Plains Elementary. Trustee Stacy Franklin moved approval and Trustee Patrick Hogue seconded; the board recorded a 6-0 vote in favor (trustees Jared Bell, Steven Bunch, Patrick Hogue, Brandi Lopez, Bill Robles and Stacy Franklin).
