During Open Forum and Unfinished Business, the council recorded weather-related delay concerns and chose to extend a resolution for 30 days because of approximately two weeks of rain. Councilmember Kyle Hrabe made the motion, Harley Laughlin seconded, and the minutes show the motion passed 4-0.
