The council considered a request to pay a default judgment reflected on invoice #1877 for $2,877.58. City staff member Joe Tate told the council he had suggested rescinding the lawsuit; he also relayed a conversation with Debbie Brown that, per the Mayor, rescinding might have resolved the item. Despite that, Councilmember Terry Sensibaugh moved to pay the judgment and Malisia Doyle seconded.
