County Engineer Kevin Russel outlined several contract actions for the commissioners. He presented change order #1 to the 2026-1 resurfacing contract for $5,614.36 and change order #2 for the Old Highway 111 federal aid PM overlay for $93,218.79; both motions passed 3-0.
