Harrison County commissioners voted unanimously April 20 to approve the board’s regular claims and payroll for the current period. Commissioner Annissa Kellum moved to accept the claims as presented; Commissioner Brad Wiseman seconded and the motion carried with a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays.
