Weatherly Borough Council voted Feb. 23 to adopt a revised subdivision and land-development fee schedule intended to bring the borough's charges in line with current review costs. The resolution, numbered 2026-03, sets fees ranging from $250 for lot consolidations to $8,000 for developments with estimated costs exceeding $1,000,000; borough engineering review is set at $250 per hour and applicants will be billed for any costs exceeding posted fees. A motion to adopt was made by Vincent Cuddeford II and seconded by Joseph Cyburt; the measure passed by general acclaim of council.
