Grama Road reconstruction reported on schedule and under hearing estimate

Randy described a three‑phase reconstruction on Grama Road that began near the Norfolk Southern Railroad with a segment using 36‑inch tile; earlier phases used 30‑inch tile and subsequent sections step down to 24 and 15 inches. He said two of the phases are completed and that "so far, we're on target to get that project done for about 464,000," compared with a hearing estimate of about $476,000.
