During member comments Secretary Debbie Soucy told the board that Jenn Rowden from the Rockingham Planning Commission will attend the Aug. 3 meeting to present the land‑use audit as the final piece of the HOP grant. The board recorded the announcement as part of member comments; no action was taken at the July 20 meeting.
