The City Council approved a variance request for 931 S. Main St. on Jan. 12, 2026. Inspector Jeremy Chesnutt informed the council about the variance before Council Member DeMarcus Holmes moved to approve and Council Member Mamie Horn seconded; according to the minutes the motion passed unanimously.
