Council amends master fee schedule to match stormwater rate changes

The Lancaster City Council approved a resolution amending section 9.000 of the city’s master fee schedule to update drainage utility fees in line with the newly approved stormwater rate structure. City Manager (S3) described this action as a companion to the stormwater ordinance approved earlier in the meeting and recommended an Oct. 1, 2026 effective date.
