Committee tables Russo Development performance-bond resolution to verify costs

The Committee tabled Resolution R-2026-323, which would have accepted performance bonds and inspection escrow for the former Russo Development property (now WH Development Urban Renewal, LLC), after members expressed concern the bond amount was based on a 2022 estimate. Committeeman Frederick pressed for current figures, saying the previously calculated amount may no longer be accurate.
