The commissioners voted to reject a previously opened bid for the rec-center access elevator because the submission was incorrectly prepared. Chair explained the project remains time-sensitive; the bid amount discussed in the meeting was $107,926. Commissioner James moved to reject the bid and another commissioner seconded; the motion carried by voice vote and county staff said the project was resubmitted for rebid.
