Chair (S1) presented a grant agreement between Cameron, Elk and McKean Counties and the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (ADAS) for operation and administration of a single county authority. "I will state that while ADAS and this contract is the same for Cameron, Elk, And McKean Counties, this is only the contract between Cameron County and ADAS," S1 said before putting the agreement to a vote.
