The Village of Goodrich council adopted an amended resolution (No. 2024-10) clarifying financing terms for the Curvy (also referenced as Grizzly) Creek interceptor project and specifying ARPA fund use. Chair (S3) read the amendment explaining that the exhibit requires county approval to hold 81 units in reserve and that the village will utilize $198,000 of ARPA funds toward project costs covering 219 units after units were reduced from an earlier 300-unit projection.
