Staff told the commission that 204 West Brady remains in a substandard condition but several liens on the ownership and encumbrance report require staff to notify lienholders before taking action. "We've stepped back so that we can make the notifications required for those lien holders for this property," the staff member said, and the case will be back on the agenda once notifications are effected.
