Commission conditionally approves Streets and Sidewalks and Zoning Code updates
On June 29 the commission approved updates to Chapter 16 (Streets and Sidewalks) and Chapter 51 (Zoning Code) on a motion by David O’Brien seconded by Tom Holewinski, contingent on review by the Director of Public Works & Utilities and the Building and Zoning Administrator.

The Pulaski Planning & Zoning Commission voted June 29, 2026, to approve revisions to Chapter 16 (Streets and Sidewalks) and Chapter 51 (Zoning Code). The motion was offered by Commissioner David O’Brien and seconded by Commissioner Tom Holewinski; the minutes record the motion as carried but specify the approvals are "CONTINGENT UPON REVIEW from the Director of Public Works & Utilities and Building and Zoning Administrator."
