Council requests formal application; workshop adjourns without a density vote

Town Attorney Anita Geraci‑Carver advised that the formal process to change land‑use or annexation would begin only after the developer filed a completed application with the Town Clerk and a copy to the Town Planner. She said the formal steps include public hearings, a comprehensive plan amendment, a zoning change and annexation procedures.
