The Village of Third Lake Board of Trustees on March 16 approved Ordinance 26-03-01, an amendment to Chapter 32 (Zoning) of the village code, in a 4–2 roll-call vote. Trustee Novak moved and Trustee Mateja seconded the motion to approve the ordinance; the motion carried with Trustees Honegger, Mateja, Novak and Roesler voting yes and Trustees Hameister and Van Zeyl voting no.
