Chief Operations Officer Max Cleaver and CEI Engineering’s Jeffery Bresee described artificial turf and running track replacement projects at six middle schools under the 2025 bond, noting the proposed assignment to Hellas Construction and answering trustee questions about scope. Rick Bough, Director of Career and Technical Education, presented a separate bond-funded purchase request for computers and maintenance/support agreements for CTE Arts and A/V classrooms at Hays, Johnson and Lehman high schools.
