Ordinance No. 26-07-05, described in the agenda as "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE REGARDING THE COMPENSATION FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE OF THIRD LAKE," was pulled from the consent agenda for separate consideration. Trustee Novak moved approval and Trustee Van Zeyl seconded; the ordinance passed by roll call vote (Ayes: Hameister, Honegger, Novak, Roesler, Trendle, Van Zeyl; Nays: none).
