Library reports fundraising and programs; council approves routine payments
The Library provided updates on programs and fundraising — including the Discover Dairy adoption and a Mr. Rogers Sweater Drive — while the Finance Committee recommended payments of bills totaling $171,122.44 from the General Fund which council approved.

Library Director Myrah updated council on current programs and fundraising activities: the library adopted a cow through Discover Dairy ("Daisy"), hosted a Gingerbread House Contest with 17 entries, and is running a Short Winter Story contest through Jan. 17. The library also announced fundraising events and a Mr. Rogers Sweater Drive collecting through Dec. 18.
