Council hears Comcast accepted responsibility for Rolling Ridge sinkhole

President Walker called the meeting to order and Chief Zettlemoyer reported a roadway failure on Rolling Ridge Drive that borough officials traced to underground utility work. "They acknowledged responsibility for the issue," Zettlemoyer said, and "within days, they completed the necessary repairs in accordance with our expectations."
