The West Nantmeal Township Board of Supervisors on April 13 accepted two bids to repair and upgrade Yoder Road. One bid for a double seal coat from Martin Paving totaled $113,558.00; Long's Asphalt Inc. was the low bidder for widening and base repairs at $145,263.60. Mr. Nelson R. Beam moved to accept the Martin Paving bid and Mr. H. Barclay Hargreaves III seconded; the motion carried 3-0.
