The board granted two separate 90-day extensions for development plans. Supervisor Nelson R. Beam moved to grant a 90-day extension to Lippitt Road Properties, LLC; Supervisor H. Barclay Hargreaves III seconded and the motion carried 3-0. The board separately granted a 90-day extension for the plan at 1600 Chestnut Tree Road on a 3-0 vote.
