Councilman Dan Matthews told the Parksley Town Council that the Downtown Revitalization Project’s original bid has been reduced by 70% of the original price and that all 19 facades have been approved. "The original bid has been reduced by 70% of the original price. All 19 facades have been approved. Construction to begin March 2021," Matthews said.
