Clerk Cheryl O'Brien called the Village of Virgil board meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the board moved immediately to organizational business. Trustee David Morales Jr. moved to appoint Trustee James Giannini as president pro tem; Trustee Mark Thompson seconded the motion. The minutes record that the voice vote passed unanimously.
