Board approves agenda items, corrects a seconding error and adjourns
At the start of the meeting the board approved listed minutes and corrected a procedural omission when a motion was not seconded. Board members offered brief closing thanks and Chair Garrett adjourned the meeting.

The meeting opened with the board considering approval of several sets of minutes (06/30/2026; 07/21/2026 caucus; 07/08/2026 board; 07/04/2026 EMT caucus). A motion to approve the minutes was made; the chair and other members discovered the initial motion had not been seconded, so the motion was re-made and properly seconded.
