The Village Board approved an ordinance amending setback rules in the Historic Overlay District and separately approved a request for accessory structures under Section 10‑4‑3(B)(4) of the Wadsworth Zoning Ordinance. Trustee Chris Finkel moved both measures; the ordinance and the accessory‑structure request passed on roll‑call votes with all trustees voting yes.
