On Sept. 9 the Monroe County Legislature approved a collective bargaining agreement between the County Executive, the Monroe County Sheriff's Office and the Monroe County Deputy Sheriff's Association, Inc. The resolution is listed as Intro. 356 and Res. 283; the minutes record the vote as 25-2 with Legislators Delvecchio Hoffman and Hughes-Smith voting in the negative.
