The Director of Public Works told the board the department solicited quotes from about 14 contractors for 2026 road maintenance materials, including base course, gravel, breaker run and asphalt, and recommended awarding to the low bidders listed on the low-quote approval form. The board voted to approve the recommended low quotes.
