Wm. Dennis (Denny) Buttorff, the township's Emergency Management Coordinator, told supervisors he had received another packet from the National Flood Insurance Program containing additional changes to hazard-mitigation requirements. He said there are ongoing issues in English Center and that stream-level gauges are not working.
