Legislators Maffucci and Barnhart introduced Intro. 304 (Local Law 25-0268) to amend Chapter 286 to establish a Junior Deer Hunting Pilot Program and then moved to table further consideration. The motion to table (Intro. 305) passed on a recorded vote of 26-0, and the Legislature scheduled a public hearing on the proposal for Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025 at 6:15 p.m.
