The Berkeley County Planning Commission voted to advance Cardinal Pointe — Section 8 (File# 2601-012) from the detailed site plan stage to the final plat stage. The proposal covers approximately 118 acres and proposes 234 lots: 144 single-family and 90 townhouse lots adjacent to St. Andrews Drive.
