The Town of Nutter Fort council met by telephonic conference April 21, 2026, and unanimously approved a motion to "lay the levy," adopting the Levy Order and Rate Sheets. Mayor Rezin Hudkins called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.; Councilor Charlene Louk moved to lay the levy and Councilor Karen Phillips seconded the motion, which passed with no recorded opposition.
