Nutter Run water line work set to start; town reports AML/AMD rights-of-way and lead sampling progress

Treasurer Leslie Cummings reported several infrastructure items at the July 14 Nutter Fort council meeting. "Water line replacement project is scheduled to begin on Thursday, 7/16/2026 on Nutter Run Road," she said, and public-works notes confirmed that the Nutter Run project had started and that tie-in work would begin Thursday. The town also reported that all rights-of-way have been obtained for Phase II of the AML/AMD project and that the Phase II work will be going out to bid soon.
